YOUR ROLE
As our Analytics intern, you will be responsible for leading improvements in the area of organizational designs, transitions, or career paths. You focus on building the strongest culture and support our equality and inclusion journey.
This is not your typical internship – you will have truly important projects to work on. Bring your ideas to the table! In this internship, we make sure that you get the right level of coaching, mentorship and formal training as you deliver your work.
YOUR PROFILE
+ You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of (bachelor-) studies completed and strong academic results.
+ You are available for a duration of 6 months.
+ You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for analytics
+ You have strong interpersonal skills and can adapt communication styles to different situations and individuals
+ You are able to set priorities, deliver what you commit to, and can communicate proficiently in English (written and spoken).
